. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GORGEOUS WISHLIST. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions & Eligibility

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

2. Product Accuracy & Pricing

  • Jewellery Disclaimer: Our products are [Artificial/Fashion] jewellery. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

3. Order Acceptance & Contract

  • Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including unavailability of stock or errors in pricing.

  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To protect against fraudulent claims and in accordance with industry standards for high-value goods in India:

  • The Condition: To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video.

  • The Process: The video must start before the outer package is opened and clearly show the shipping label and the seal being broken.

  • The Result: Failure to provide a clear unboxing video will result in the automatic rejection of any claim for damage or missing items.

5. No Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or "change of mind" returns.

  • Exchange Only: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery, verified by the mandatory unboxing video.

  • Store Credit: If a replacement for a defective item is unavailable, we will issue a Store Credit valid for 2 months. No monetary refunds will be processed.

6. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, logos, and text on this website are the intellectual property of GORGEOUS WISHLIST. Unauthorized use or reproduction is a strictly prohibited offense under the Indian Copyright Act.

8. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose.

  • To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

10. Governing Law
