Refund policy

At Gorgeous Wishlist, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and to ensure every customer receives a brand-new, untouched piece, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy, except in specific cases of damage or defect.

1. Final Sale Policy

  • All purchases made on www.gorgeouswishlist.in are final.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind," personal preference (e.g., "I don't like how it looks on me"), or incorrect size selection. 

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Requirement for Claims)

To build a transparent and fair environment, we require a Mandatory Unboxing Video for any claim regarding damage, missing items, or manufacturing defects.

  • The Video: Must be a single, continuous, unedited shot.

  • The Start: It must show the shipping label and the unbroken, original courier seal clearly.

  • The Inspection: The video must clearly show the item being taken out and the defect/damage identified.

  • Failure to provide this video will result in the immediate rejection of your claim.

3. Eligible Situations for Exchange

We only offer an Exchange or Store Credit (no monetary refunds) in the following cases:

  • Transit Damage: If the item arrives broken or physically damaged.

  • Manufacturing Defect: Such as missing stones, broken clasps, or structural flaws.

  • Incorrect Item: If you received a different design than the one ordered.

4. Reporting Timeframe

Any issues must be reported to our team via gorgeouswishlist@gmail.com or at 9205608255 within 12 hours of the delivery time recorded by our courier partner. Claims made after this window will not be entertained.

5. The Exchange Process

  1. Initial Review: Once you send us your Order ID and the Unboxing Video, our quality control team will review it within 48 hours.

  2. Reverse Pickup: If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if your pin code is serviceable). If not, you may be asked to ship it back via a reliable courier.

  3. Quality Check: Upon receiving the item, it must have all original things attached and be in its original packaging.

  4. Resolution: We will ship a replacement of the same item. If that item is out of stock, we will issue a Store Credit valid for  2 months.

6. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are strictly non-exchangeable:

  • Customized/Engraved Pieces: Any item altered specifically for you.

  • Items without Tags: Any piece where the security tag has been removed or tampered with.

  • Sale Items: Purchases made during "Clearance" or "Flash Sales."

  • Cancellation : Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 1 hour from the time of placement, as we immediately begin processing them for fast dispatch.
